Shipping Costs
The following rates apply to most products in our store:

Some products are fulfilled directly by specialist suppliers and may carry different shipping rates or ship to different regions. The exact shipping cost for your order — including any applicable free shipping — will always be shown at checkout before payment is taken.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by product, supplier, and destination. Where an estimate is available, it will be displayed at checkout. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery windows as fulfilment is managed across multiple suppliers.
Multiple Packages
Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. This is normal and does not affect your order.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Not all supplier shipments include tracking.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. MomentsWithTan is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Unexpected delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
